What is the Essential Connect Plan?
The Essential Connect Plan gives you 75GB of high-speed data to share across your devices each month, plus a free phone and watch for each person on this plan. Lines for a phone and watch are required with the Essential Connect Plan.
How does the bundle work for current customers?
Current customers can upgrade to the Ultimate Connect or Essential Connect plans to get their free device bundle, too. You’ll just need to pay off any outstanding device payment plans on your account. If you have existing watch and tablet lines, you can upgrade them to our Watch Connect and Tablet Connect plans to complete your bundle.
Can I get the bundle if I have an active C Spire phone deal?
If you’re a current customer with an active device agreement on your phone, you can still upgrade your plan as follows and add the Wearable Connect plan and/or Tablet Connect plan for our bundle offer:
- Ultimate Connect Bundle — Change to the Everybody Deal All-In plan.
- Essential Connect Bundle — Change to the Everybody Deal Plus plan.
Already on the Everybody Deal Plus or All-In plans? Just tap the bundle you want above and add your Watch Connect plan and/or Tablet Connect plan.
Can I get the bundle if I have an active C Spire watch or tablet deal?
If you’re a current customer with an active device agreement on your watch or tablet, you’ll need to change to a standalone watch/tablet plan to get our bundle offer. This will give your watch/tablet its own number and line separate from the phone it was previously connected to. From there, you’ll activate a new watch and/or tablet line on our Ultimate Connect or Essential Connect plans to get your free device bundle.
Can I choose any combination of devices with the bundle?
You can choose any phone, watch or tablet with the Ultimate Connect Plan, and any phone or watch with the Essential Connect Plan. Note that the maximum phone discount (up to $1,299.99) may not fully cover some higher-memory phone options. If you choose a watch other than Apple Watch SE or Galaxy Watch7, you’ll receive a $299 discount. If you choose a tablet other than iPad 11-inch A16, you’ll receive a $499 discount.
Can I still get a multi-line discount if I upgrade to or add a line on the Ultimate Connect or Essential Connect plans?
The Everybody Deal All-In multi-line discount will carry over to any lines you upgrade or add on the Ultimate Connect Plan. Likewise, the Everybody Deal Plus multi-line discount will carry over to any lines you upgrade or add on the Essential Connect Plan.
